For any emergency travel, change of travel dates, cancellations or change of reservation, the Company pro-vides a telephone contact to reach after office hours, during weekends and public holidays. Transfer and Transport Services:

Lead Travel organizes for transport and transfer services to you. We have available to us 4 wheel drive vehicles, saloon cars, 8 seater tour vans and 25 seater luxury buses through our various partners. This service will be provided whenever required

This service is provided to all our clientele to ensure that they get to the destination they intend to travel to and are transferred to their hotels or receive the necessary transport to your destination as per your itinerary.

TRANSPORT & TRANSFERS SERVICES

Lead Travel through several partnerships which we have forged has at our disposal various vehicles. They range from:

Lead Travel Agency Ltd has branded domestic holidays. Under this brand we market exclusive products that range from religious pilgrimage tours, education tours, weekend breaks, activity holidays, spa holidays, budget holidays, beach retreats, train vacations, coaching and touring holidays.

INBOUND TOURISM

Inbound Travel business promotes Kenya as a tourist destination. The company caters primarily to the high end segment of the inbound market and conducts a range of group and individual tours throughout Kenya for its clients from across the world. We provide destination management services and cover all aspects of ground tour management such as hotel bookings, air/ rail ticketing, round-trip, airport transfer, land arrangements, excursion planning, meet and greet services, event planning, meetings and appointments, conference management, private air charter, etc.

We also provide specialized services to foreign participants visiting Kenya for international meetings, conferences, and hoc incentives and exhibitions and cater to domestic conferences and corporate incentives as well. Additionally, we provide ground related services to international cruise companies with a provision for shore excursions.

We design and market escorted tours to group travellers. These are ready made packages where a group of travellers is escorted by a tour manager. The customer chooses a specific tour from the array of choices offered to suit his budget and preferences. HOTEL ACCOMODATION

We have a wide range selection of Hotels, all Stars- lodges & camps both domestic and internationally.

Hotel reservation is a key service the Company offers to clients traveling to various destinations both local and inter-national. This has been made possible through signing of agreements with various hotels in Kenya and East Africa and work with various partners worldwide. We ensure all our clients get accommodation they require in their intended destination.

The reservations made are based on your needs i.e. 3, 4 or 5 star hotels. The hotels we work with are high standard hotels recommended for travel and those that have maintained a high standard of service delivery over the years of operation. FIT

These are targeted at the more discerning Foreign Individual Traveller (FIT), where every holiday is customized as per the convenience of the traveller. FIT can make travel plans by selecting its travel destination and holiday option (ranging from romantic holidays, exotic cruises, family vacations, etc.), identifying travel interest (i.e. explorer, family, romance or explorer) and sharing his preference of sightseeing, airline and hotels.

VISA PROCESSING

Lead Travel organized for visa processing for passengers travelling for embassies that do not require the presence of the traveler at the embassy. All the requirements for application of the visa shall be availed and the application submission to the relevant embassy.

Update on the delivery date of the passport with the visa will be given together with updates on other reser-vations related to the visa application i.e. Ticket reservation and hotel bookings. Once released by the em-bassy, we shall deliver the passport and related reservation confirmations to you
