DETAILED ITINERARY
DAY 1: DAR ES SALAAM/ARUSHA/KILIMANJARO TRANSFER TO SERENGETI
You will be picked from your Dar or Arusha hotel or Kilimanjaro airport and be transferred to the airport for a flight to Serengeti. You will arrive by mid-morning and be met by camp’s driver who will give you the 1st game drive en route to the camp for lunch.
Dinner and Overnight at Sayari/Pioneer Camp.
DAY 2 & 3: SERENGETI FULL DAY
Early morning breakfast at your lodge. After breakfast check out with packed lunch with full day game drive. Serengeti without a doubt is the finest national park in the whole of Tanzania. All year-round large herds of buffaloes, smaller herds of elephant plus giraffes, in addition to millions of antelopes including elands, topi, impalas, kongoni as well as the Grant’s gazelles. If you are lucky, you will easily see the 3 big cats. Lions can as well be seen often enjoying a kill or resting. Also, in the south eastern plains you will be able to regularly see Cheetahs if you are lucky, whereas leopards may be seen resting in the giant trees on the banks of River.

DAY 4: SERENGETI TRANSFER TO ZANZIBAR
Have breakfast and be transferred to the airstrip for a flight to Zanzibar departing at mid-morning. Upon arrival in Zanzibar, you will have a transfer you to the hotel.

DAY 5 ZANZIBAR
Stone Town
Morning: Arrive in Stone Town. Stone Town is a UNESCO World Heritage site whose winding streets are straight out of Aladdin.
Evening: Have dinner at the magical Tea House Restaurant, located on top of the Emerson on Hurumzi Hotel.

DAY 6 – SPICE TOUR
On this excursion you’ll find tropical fruits, spices and other rare species of plants are among the different vegetation. The Spice Tour (Zanzibar) is not only an excursion but a rare experience to prove out why Zanzibar is referred to as the Spice Island.
The Spice Tour begins at Kidichi Village to visit the Persian Baths built in 1850 by Seyyid Said bin Sultan for his wife Princess Shehrzard. They are referred to as “Persian” because their construction was commissioned to Shirazi architects. The word “Hamamni” means “the place of the baths”.
The Zanzibar Spice Tour proceeds to the Kizimbani Village in the Central District to visit the spice farms to see, smell and test varieties of tropical fruits and spices such as black pepper, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, vanilla sticks, lemon grass, nutmeg etc.

DAY 7 FULL DAY BEACH RELAXATION
Relax and enjoy the crystal-clear ocean and shallow sandbars! Your Zanzibar beach lodge can arrange historical tours and water sports such as water skiing, deep sea diving and fishing, snorkelling, windsurfing and boating on local dhows.

DAY 8 DEPATURE
Have one last glance of the beach as you head to the airstrip for your flight back to Arusha airport.
