Amboseli National Park

Amboseli National Park is located 25o kilometres from Nairobi City, the capital centre of Kenya. It is located at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro and is at the border of Kenya and Tanzania. The park is located at the foot of the Mountain. The streams run from the glaciers high on the Mount Kilimanjaro and feed into Amboseli’s swamps and marshes providing an everlasting supply of water for the parks wildlife. Amboseli National Park is world famous as the best place to view free-ranging African elephants from close. You get so close to these magnificent beasts you feel you can touch them.
